Timber Framing

We have been cutting joinery for around 20 years and it is certainly the most visceral aspect of building. There is nothing like a raising day where we take all of the pre-processed timbers and erect them on site. It makes for an intense experience, leaving you in awe at the end.

We design within your architectural parameters and incorporate traditional mortice and tenon joinery, spline joinery, scarf joints, and boss pins.

The timber elements can be made with pegged connections or hidden metal fasteners giving a much more natural feel to the space and a connection to the old world crafters.
