Inclusivity

Everyone can participate in the building experience; as long as someone is interested in our craft we welcome them in.

Most of us have felt excluded at one point or another. We strive to create an environment where everyone feels comfortable, welcome, and heard.

Education/Teaching/Knowledge is to be shared, not hoarded

We are all at different stages or paths of learning the building craft, the opportunity to teach and learn keeps us equal.

As our understanding of building sciences evolves, we are able to build more comfortable homes with less environmental impact.

Community

Our company is a family, part of our larger community, therefore it is imperative to participate and help the community that supports us. Through volunteering, we are able to give back. We keep in mind that our actions impact others, we try to be thoughtful of what we are doing and how it affects them. 

Working together in unity allows us to accomplish so much more, knowing that you have the support of your peers gives you the power to overcome challenges.

Accountability

We all have faults, accepting that can be hard. We strive to keep an open conversation policy, hoping to create a space where employees, clients, and colleagues are comfortable to discuss strengths and weaknesses with the goal of building each other up, not tearing each other down. When we receive feedback from our teammates it is important to remember the intent behind the feedback is not meant to be hurtful in any way.
